What SmartHireflo is
SmartHireflo is a hiring platform that takes a role from an open requisition to a signed offer. Candidates apply, resumes are checked against the job, and each interview round goes to the person who owns it.

Resume check against the job
Every resume is scored against the requisition. The score helps people decide faster. It never rejects anyone on its own.
Requisition wizard
Set up a job in guided steps: job details, hiring panel and rounds, application form. Then submit to open it.
Hiring panel and rounds
Choose who reviews each round. Invite panel members by email; they set a password when they accept.
Notified at the right moment
When a candidate reaches your round, you get a notice with an unread badge. A My reviews page lists what is waiting.
Interview pipeline board
See every candidate by round, from resume check to selected, with counts for those not shortlisted and rejected.
Public careers page
Publish a careers page for your company. Open requisitions you choose appear there and candidates apply directly.
Interviews and calendar
Schedule interviews, see them on a calendar, and send calendar invitations (.ics) to everyone involved.
Selection email and offer letter
When the last round passes, the selection email goes out. Offer letters are generated as PDFs.
Roles and company data kept apart
Access depends on role: Manager Admin, HR Manager, HR Recruiter, Team Lead. Each company's data is isolated in the database itself.
